ABOUT IETS Gap Analysis Toward Optimizing Operational Performance COURSE
It is a known fact that the nature of existing IETS design is based on initial IECS during the pre-construction of IETS plant.
Out-dated IECS does not reflect current requirements due to various factors such as the increase in production capacity.
A systematic review and analysis are required to identify a significant gap in terms of equipment, method, work practices, budget, and technology selection.
Troubleshooting of design, operation, and maintenance of existing IETS plants against benchmarked or desired IETS plants will provide key information for decision-making and cost-saving toward IETS efficiency.
This comprehensive 2 days course explains the approach to conduct IETS analysis against the desired system in a structured and systematic manner. A specific case study will be discussed, to see how IETS gap analysis is useful to detect critical improvement factors that can improve IETS operational performance.
