Activated Sludge In Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Interpretation And Troubleshooting
12 EiMAS CPD Hours | 22nd & 23rd Nov 2023 | HRDCorp Claimable Course
ABOUT THE COURSE
Activated sludge isn’t a thing, it’s a process. As sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, it makes use of air and a biological floc composed of bacteria and protozoa. The idea in controlling activated sludge is to keep the wastewater biomass-to-food ratio in balance.
This 2-days training will explain the process control management and fundamental knowledge for activated sludge in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), which is directly related to the STP’s performance, which contributes to the daily process control efficiency and operation of the STP.
At the end of this 2-day program, participants will be able to;
- Define activated sludge in STP.
- Improve treatment process analytical in STP.
- Resolve and improve aeration system issues at STP.
- Able to troubleshoot process control at STP.
