About Setting Up a Winning Safety and Health Committee
The Malaysian OSHA Section 30 states that every employer shall establish a Safety and Health Committee at the place of work if there are 40 or more persons employed. In OSH (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996 regulation 29, the requirements for the Safety and Health Committee training are regulated.
This is a hands-on programme designed for Safety and Health committee members to enhance their understanding on the requirement of Safety and Health Committee in workplace. Emphasis will be given to the practical aspects of being an effective & empowering Safety and Health Committee.
