ABOUT THE COURSE
Study of Environmental Aspects & Impacts (EAI) in ISO 14001:2015 environmental control is as critical as study of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) in ISO 45001:2018 occupational safety and health control. However, both consist of certain similarities as well as differences. It is thus important to know both items well so that synergy can be tapped on.
Lack of knowledge and understanding on the differences between these two types of controls has resulted in confusion. A proper study of environmental aspects and impacts cannot be properly performed and thus an effective control measures may not be implemented.
The course covers the overview of scheduled waste management. It also covers the environmental aspects & impacts (EAI) and hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC). Eventually, Proper guidance on set up of environmental aspects & impacts, risk assessment and control measures is provided.
